At Numi Lumi, we carefully inspect and prepare every order before shipment. Please review all product information, dimensions, images, and specifications before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are considered final unless a return or refund is required under applicable consumer law.
Because our products are handled and packaged with hygiene, safety, and product-condition considerations, we maintain strict return requirements.
A return request may only be accepted if the item qualifies under applicable law and meets all requirements of this policy.
Opened Products — No Returns
Once the product has been opened, unsealed, removed from its original protective packaging, or used in any way, it is not eligible for return or refund, where permitted by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Opening the original product packaging.

Removing protective seals, stickers, liners, or protective materials.

Removing the product from sealed packaging where the packaging is intended to protect the product.

Using, testing, wearing, washing, cleaning, or handling the product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Altering, modifying, assembling, or damaging the product.

Returning a product with missing or damaged original packaging.
Please do not open the product if you are unsure whether you wish to keep it.
Unopened Returns
Where applicable law permits a return, the product must be returned:

Completely unopened and unused.

In its original condition.

In all original packaging.

With all seals, stickers, protective materials, and tags intact.

Without any damage, marks, odors, stains, or other signs of handling.

Within the applicable return period.
If any of these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected where permitted by applicable law.
Change of Mind
We do not provide any voluntary change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges beyond rights that are legally required.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, the product must still meet all legally permitted conditions for exercising that right.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Your request must include:

A description of the issue.
We may request additional photographs or information before approving a return or replacement.
Normal variations in appearance, texture, stitching, color, or manufacturing that do not constitute a defect are not grounds for a refund.
Return Shipping
Where permitted by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted or change-of-mind returns.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Numi Lumi is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or undelivered while being shipped back to us.
Refund Inspection
All returned products are inspected before a refund is approved.
A refund may be refused where permitted by law if the returned product:

Has been used or handled beyond reasonable inspection.

Has damaged or missing packaging.

Has missing seals, stickers, tags, or protective materials.

Does not correspond to the product originally purchased.
Sending an item back does not automatically mean that a refund will be issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges unless required by applicable law.
If an eligible return is approved, customers may place a new order for the desired product.
Final Sale Items
Products clearly marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or otherwise identified as excluded from returns are not eligible for voluntary return, refund, or exchange except where required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where reimbursement is required by applicable law.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or overrides any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
Where local law provides a mandatory right to cancel, return, replace, or obtain a refund, Numi Lumi will comply with those requirements.
