Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Except where required by applicable consumer law, all sales are final, and Numi Lumi does not provide voluntary returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.

Products that have been opened, used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or removed from their original protective packaging may not be eligible for return where applicable law permits such exclusions.

Sending an item back does not automatically guarantee a refund. Returned items may be inspected before any refund is approved.
